Refund Policy

We at MomFanWear are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products/services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


We offer refunds on purchases within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Request a Refund/Exchange

Refund/Exchange Processing

Once your refund or exchange request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days or have the exchanged product sent out once we receive the item that is being exchanged. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:​

  • Used or damaged products that were done after delivery


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The short answer is yes! We can provide international delivery but that will include shipping costs.

Once your order is placed you will receive an email with a tracking number! From there you will be able to see where your package is and when it will arrive!

MomFanWear Shirt Substitution Policy

1.1. In the event that a specific shirt item is out of stock at the time of purchase, MomFanWear reserves the right to substitute the unavailable shirt with a comparable alternative of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.

1.2. MomFanWear will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any substituted shirt is as closely matched to the original item as possible in terms of style, size, color, and design.

1.3. By proceeding with the purchase, you agree to accept any substituted shirt offered by MomFanWear as part of your order.

2.1. If a substitution is necessary, MomFanWear will notify you promptly via email or other contact information provided during the ordering process.

2.2. You will have the option to accept the substituted shirt or request a refund or exchange according to MomFanWear's standard refund and exchange policies.
